SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
All personalized orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Processing time may increase slightly during peak wedding season from May through August. Processing time DOES NOT include transit time.
Non-personalized items such as blank boxes and bags, cupcake wraps, etc will process and ship within 2-3 business days.
Orders ship via UPS Ground from WA state zip code 98281. Ground shipping to the East Coast takes 5-6 business days and longer during the winter holiday season. Ground shipping to the West Coast and Midwest takes 2-5 business days.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders can be accommodated for $15.00 per order and will be processed in 2-3 business days. Rush processing DOES NOT include transittime.

We do our best to process orders so that your customer will have them by the need-by date. Please plan your order according to our processing time and the UPS transit time. We ask that you choose the appropriate method for shipping or add the rush order fee before completing your order. Simply adding comments to your order with a need-by date will not mean that your order will be processed more quickly. Pretty Personalized is not responsible for orders that arrive after the need-by date, if you did not upgrade shipping or add a rush fee. Refunds and returns will not be issued in these cases.
