How do I return an item?
Please contact us by email (email@example.com) for more information on returning an item. Please note that due to the custom nature of most of our product, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on our personalized product line.
Favor boxes may be returned after you have obtained a Return Authorization Number from us. If your order included Personalized Labels, we will not issue the refund for the labels. All product must be returned to us in its original packaging and must be in resellable condition. We do not refund the original cost of shipping or the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
Flower Top Boxes are considered a custom order and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged due to the fact that they cannot be resold.
Although we strive to ensure every order is printed perfectly, mistakes can happen. If there was an error with the order, please contact us no later than 5 business days to let us know and we will do our best to rectify the error for your customer. No refunds or reprints will be offered after this time.
Orders are printed with the punctuation, spelling and text that is submitted when the order is received. We cannot be responsible for any spelling or other errors that are made. Reprints can be done but will be charged the full price. Should you notice an error on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately so that we can make the change before the order is processed.
